Anybody who has worked in Corporate, Tech, etc. knows damn well that shyt ain't work. From my experience, I was always surprised and excited to see another black person in tech, especially a black American.
1) What I tended to see was that they'd create a DEI Coordinator who might have a few talks throughout the year or workshops... I usually saw blk folks get this position --blk women or gay blk women.
2) It pushed pronouns
3) As far as training, they would say things like "Don't ask where a person is from" because that could be considered racist/offensive.
The MONEY HASN'T FLOWED TO BLACK AMERICA
here are some stats
1) 1.6% of Fortune 500 CEOs are black
2) Black founders secured only 0.48% of all venture dollars
3) Only 5.6% of finance advisors in the United States are Black or African American
4) Some say less than 1% of money managers are black
5) Less than 7% of the tech workforce is black
"In Seattle, over 40% of foreign-born tech employees are from India"
