Why does the Bible give a rundown of what happened to them through their history and how they would move back into the land and rebuild the cities? It happened long after the Bible was written.

If it's not true, why are the cities rebuilt and the state of Israel prospering at this point in time in history?

The mid 1900s is when Israel became a nation again. And yes, there are "black" people who have Jewish ancestory living in parts of Israel and Africa today. But you can't exclude those people living in Israel today as if they're not Jewish when they have the traditions of the Jewish people from ancient times, just because they have a skin color you don't like.

According to the Tanakh, There would be a time when it will not even need to be mentioned that the LORD brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt. Why? Because they never went back into captivity under that same regional Egypt a second time, Deuteronomy 28:68 was talking symbolically about another place of bondage (land of the north) where a even greater deliverance than the Exodus would take place. Revelation even talks about this same place, but I bet a heathen like you would never know what place its talking about.
