"I imagine he has the bone bruise, but I also feel he has what is known as chondromalacia, which is an discomfort at the rear of the kneecap," Grover mentioned, of something frequently referred to as runner's knee. "And that is section of why he is really sensitive to the touch there. It can be like owning a poppyseed trapped in your tooth, it's just sort of like nagging and annoying all the time, and it is underneath the kneecap. And for a basketball player, you jump, move, lower, anytime you have a very little friction that is heading on driving
That's overly harsh man shut the fukk uppretty much this. i was shocked when he let bron take over the team after he arrived in 2011. i thought he had the alpha male gene and it was bron that was beta. jokes on me. wade is beta as they come. his legacy now is simple. he was bron's sidekick for 2 rings and he got one in 06 in what was possibly the most controversially officiated finals in history.
Wade is not a top 50 player. HOFer yes. but only because the basketball HOF is a joke.
That statement aint even a good look in ANY contextgotdamn, some of you are just retards
He sacrificed the entirety of his legacy of a player to build the fukkboy coalition in south beach, and save lebron's legacy in the process...20 years from now he won't be remembered as an all time great that was a top 3 player in the league at the time he and lebron teamed up....he's gonna get less "credit" for the big 3 2peat than pippen gets for the bulls' chips...he's gonna get remembered as one of bron's role players that failed him when he lost his physical dominance (barring the dramatic heat comeback this season)
If he loses weight I don't think he'll have the same strength to finish around the rimWade could probably get two more seasons out of those knees playing 22-30 minutes if he dropped 20 pounds. He has to get lighter if he plans to keep playing at a decent level.
If he loses weight I don't think he'll have the same strength to finish around the rim
I think the stuff he's good at requires his current size and strength or am I wrong?
Shouldn't he have started that transition earlier? When he wasn't forced into doing so?Great players adapt as they age. He wouldn't be the first player to have to change the way they play in order to stretch out their career. Fact is, he isn't that dude anymore. The Flash is gone. If he actually regains confidence on his jumper and drops the weight, it'll do nothing but benefit him. Less stress on his knees. He can keep the weight, but if what we see is the level he's going to be at, he may as well retire and free up cap space, because he won't be helping anyone in the long run.
