He's good in the ring, but he looks, walks, talks and acts like a fukkin geek. And he seems a little off mentally, he might have a touch of something that hasn't quite been diagnosed yet. Anyway, he's mid-card at best for his career and that's fine, you need guys like that.

i can see him peeking in and out of the main event but upper mid card is his height in WWE

Nah..Sasha and Bayley really had everyone talking.And Becky had a near 5 star match too. And I damn sure don't think Sami is as polished in more styles than Knox.

Sami's stuck as a heel as long as this Saudi deal is around because the E's politics must at least somewhat mirror the country that is now basically co-parenting WWE with FOX.
Which is a fukking shame because dude was the most beloved true (male) babyface in NXT history, bar none. And he's even shown he's capable of working as a heel mouthpiece type, but man... there's something about a babyface Sami Zayn match that no one else on this roster can communicate short of Bryan or Rey. Even Gargano can't let himself seem vulnerable enough so the desperation fightback feels... desperate.
There's no reason Sami shouldn't be out there putting on great matches and being cheered, outside of... well. WWE being WWE.

The fact that Sami Zayn and Cesaro are both on the same fukking roster on the same show and we haven't gotten anything even close to their NXT work even on holiday shows where it's all throwaway tells me Vince doesn't watch old NXT and does not give a shyt about most of the wrestlers as long as they don't go work for anyone else.

(P.S.: Zayn's Blue Thunder Bomb needs to be his finish if they ever let him work again. I've never seen an ugly BTB from Sami, not once, and it's such a fukking cool move.)
