Outside of the juvenile matching...the biggest issue i see with Fab (and other rappers/ball players) is wearing multiple pieces that are meant to stand on their own.
That hat, sweater, coat and boots are meant to be worn by themselves as the flourish/peacock piece in a outfit with either neutral or complementary colors. Combining them all makes him look like a off duty Power Ranger
