Racism doesn't exist

Whites don't really understand racism because they live in a system that is majority white, and they don't experience actual racism. Blacks do not govern the system that whites are under rather whites. Often-times whites conflate prejudice with racism thus exemplifying their ignorance of actual racism. Not only that, whites REFUSE to understand the black experience and are often resistant to trying to put themselves in black peoples shoes as evidence within the Jane Elliot exercises:

Black people complain about black people too. If you ask a black person if they want a Jewish lawyer or a black lawyer the answers would surprise you. If you ask a black person if they want a black heart surgeon or a white heart surgeon the answer would surprise you.
