Can we get a heel rivalry between punk and orton

Because they needed someone to carry Smackdown so they sent Randy Orton after Edge left. If Orton didn't draw then Vince would have not sent him to Smackdown. You are failing to realize Orton is putting over talent which Cena and Punk still haven't done. How are there suppose to be new top stars if no one wants to let them win? Punk is going to be out of the main event picture after Wrestlmaina while Orton and Cena will continue to be at the top.

Orton being a psycho trying to beat up legends, is akin to David flair.
