I swear the last 4 years I haven't heard much or seen any impact he has had to this administration. I've see Hilary doing a lot more than he has. During last elections I really liked his hard stance attitude.
Can someone that follows politics more tell me what Joe Biden has done as VP?

VPs don't ever do anything. Its the most useless yet one of the most important positions in US politics.
