For anyone that shaves their face/head and suffers from razor bumps try the above foil shaver (wahl makes a similar one too)

Cuts just as close as a razor (going with the grain) does without the bumps or irritation

Edit: forgot to mention that it only cuts stubble, so if ur hair is too long you gotta cut it down close as possible with a trimmer first

Good thing I watched it instead read what you said.

Because he clearly didn't say that.

:what::childplease:

"Performance wise the Andis T-Outliner is still gives a more crisp defined line, you know what I mean?...and the Andis T-Outliner gives me that nice detail that I'm looking for,for this to be $200 I don't think that it matches up with something that is $60 bucks."

He says that at the 6:11 mark

Finally a review, homeboy said he would rock with Andis over these.

So basically the feedback on the trimmer AND the razor set is its way overpriced and not even as good as some competitors :martin:

It's sucks that bevel is banking on the hive mentality of black folks and price gouging the shyt outta us
But Tristan got white investors to pay back :manny:

did you watch the whole video?
He literally said the Andis were better
You know what. I'm going to take my L because I read what wrote saying it was actually good.

Dude clearly said Andis is better. I thought the poster was saying he said bevel was better...

I need to stop working and posting at the same time:laff:

dudes comparing it to shyt like Jordans, Beats headphones, or other expensive things people willingly spend money on are off base.

Those things are indicators of status because they're visible when you're out. People SEE you with them. No one is carrying around a Bevel razor when they're walking through the mall for other people to see and be like "damn, dude has it like that" ... it's merely a home product, which means performance should be the deciding factor as far as cost-benefit analysis. And if it doesn't work as well as something that costs less than half, it makes it a difficult buy.

It's is what it is. People have to factor in the cost of R&D and the pressure of roi. If the blades don't sell like they think it will, then they will have to drop the price. It's that simple.

Agreed.

I just think they made a huge mistake trying to make a "cool, hip" trimmer. No one cares what kinda trimmer you have, they just see your lineup. So if it doesn't work as well, there's really no incentive to get it over an Andis, even if they were the same price, much less it being more than double. Functionality and performance should've been their focus. It's like if someone tried to sell a $50 hair brush or $20/each condoms that didn't work any better than their competitors. Just dumb.

Bevel should introduce an additional trimmer at a lower price point even if it's not as premium and has a cord. Ex. Nike has 65$ kicks and 185$ ones as well.

Let the consumer have a choice to aspire to the higher end product later Also make the models with improved performance.
