Can Someone Explain To Me Why D.L. Hughley Was on "Kings Of Comedy" Again 🤔?

i have to stand on what i said after seeing episodes of the hughleys the other day

Bruh DL was cashing checks...
They gave him a show and he made the most of it...
I saw DL perform live he's very funny, he's smart funny.
Corporate America has given Ced the Entertainer numerous opportunities and most of it stunk but when you see Ced perform you realize he's great at being a comedian.

I say all this to say judge a comedian by his stand up.
not by the show they give him.

DL Hughley is actually respected amongst the Chitlin circuit of comics at that time, not on Bernie's level. But Steve Harvey is just not good, too preachy.

Bill Cosby's stand up movies when he was younger were funny as hell. The situations presented and outcomes were all hilarious. Add to that, all done without any curse words. That takes effort and he made is effortless. Guess that's why I think Sinbad is great as well.
