Easy explanation: They finished in the Top 16 of the BCS (15th), and were ranked ahead of a (BCS) Conference Champion (2 actually, as they were higher than both Wisconsin and Louisville).

i think they'll travel well. small schools that don't make it to big bowls usually pack the place cause they never know if they'll go again

and well niu deserves it rules are rules, jordan lynch on the big stage, blame nebraska for choking, blame ucla for choking as well as texas, all those teams lost and kent state beat a ranked team in kent state thus they move up

this reminds me of a few years ago bum ass buffalo finally made it to a bowl game , played in teh international bowl and they were like 20k strong in the skydome i know that wasnt a far journey but fans re rabid

hell stanford played at home to ucla for a birth in the rose bowl and it was half filled, if a game aint on a saturday and up the road only the die hards will travel

Well all that is fine bur my point about them still stands. Them nikkas didn't even go undefeated with a worst schedule then every BCS conference team. At least Boise played an elite team or two per year. These nikkas couldn't even beat fukking Iowa.

beat a 11 win team in kent state, beat a 9 win team in toledo a 9 win team in ball state
like is aid dont be mad at them, be angry at ohio state for being sanctioned,. be angy at ucla for losing to stanford two striaght weeks, be mad at louisville and rutgers for choking down the stretch and falling out of the top 25, be mad at nebraska for getting killed yesterday by llike 34 points

nikkas love to bring up that kentucky game like maxwell smith wasn't injured the next week and didnt play again the rest of the season
