Gay is a mindset not a practice. I see no reason why a completely celibate and not lusting after someone type of gay person can’t be a Christian.
Once you start getting cheeks or busting them then you’re in violation of what God teaches.
The Bible condemns the acts not the feeling or mindset.

Is being “gay” defined by an identity or an action or lifestyle you live?
Maybe someone actually LGBT could answer
Christian is defined by faith which is shown through the “fruits” seen in their life
Why would we judge whether someone is Christian or Gay on different criteria?
If not to make wiggle room to where they could be both at the same time
