at about 6' 2" even if you're out of shape there's no way you couldn't dunk..

If you're 6'2 plus it shouldn't be that hard.

lol I'm guessing ya'll must be about 5'7" to be saying stuff like this. Dunking is definitely easier but its nowhere near "automatic" at 6'2. For example Steve Nash was 6'3" and he could probably dunk but he wasn't risking it on fast breaks...

I'm 6'2" and I havent been able to dunk since I was 16 and under 220 pounds and even then it was a struggle. And I'm above average athletically...

Dunking isn't easy for an average athlete until about 6'5"

If you are short, you can never dunk. But there is always a chance to hit a homerun. I pick Homerun, I've been hitting 350ft since I was 13

I play both sports and dunking ability is much more rare. There are all kinds of old out of shape guys playing in baseball and softball leagues who can hit a ball 330 feet.

Dunking vs hitting a home run to straightaway center in a major league park is probably more comparable.

Dunking easily

Ive dunked twice at 6 feet. I played baseball through middle school and hit about 10 homers but they were on smaller fields. With an aluminum bat i might be able to crank one out but i doubt it and id get tired fast. Majority of people with a wooden bat would be gassed by the 20th swing. Ive seen plenty of people dunk the ball at all levels.

If you're decently athletic you should be able to dunk. Hitting a homerun should be 5x harder but not impossible either.

If you don't play baseball regularly, you have no chance at hitting a Homerun out of an MLB ball park. BP pitches require solid contact and a harder swing, which requires better hand eye coordination. While its slower, and you may be able to square the ball up better, your going to need some strength, because you can't use the balls velocity. How far a baseball travels is dependent on the pitch and bat speed. To hit a BP pitch at 30 mph out a mlb park, you would need a bat speed of about 160 mph. For perspective, Albert Pujols has an average bat speed of about 88 mph. That's half of what's necessary, and he's an elite pro. Now to be fair, BP pitches are prolly closer to 55-60 mph, so it would take less bat speed, but even then, the average person aint generating enough, while keeping good enough control over the bat to make solid contact. Aint a lot of us play baseball, so I understand why some say dunk, but it ain't even close.

Same story for me.I'm 6'3 180 and I don't dunk all that often.Especially now that I don't play like I used to.

Back when I was 16-19, I could go up with 2 hands, off vert, and slam it down

but it wasn't all that easy.Felt like it took everything I had.

That being said, I absolutely suck at hitting a baseball.

Can't even get it out of the infield. It's ground balls to the 1st baseman all day:mjcry:

I'd NEVER hit a a home run.Hell fukking naw.

But if I got out on the court and started playing like I used to, I'd be dunking by next month.
