I gotta vote home run. And I base that mainly on one incident from 15 years ago...
I played baseball in high school and one day jr year I went to park with some friends and one of my cousins. After playing hoops, we went out to baseball diamond to hit fly balls to each other (kind of a practice). My cousin is super unathletic (got cut from soccer team as a freshman and didn't play any other sports), despite being in decent shape. Well, one of my friends gave him a pitch meant to induce a flyball. This mf knocked the shyt out of that ball.
I was literally standing in CF with a mix between
and 
That ball would have cleared an avg MLB right-center fence. I still remember it to this day just bc I was so shocked.
So on that alone: I'm voting HR.
