IM not saying he should retire i never said that and thats not what this thread was about.

You care a lot about making up spurious reasons for why he's still playing for someone who isn't saying he should retire.

I dont think anybody wants to hang around like he does....
Who cares hes 40 whats he doing it for outside of paychecks ?
He loves the limelight and doesnt want to give it up that and the Bronny thing i think are the only reasons hes still playing.
Who gives a fukk if nobody else did it thats not a reason to leep playing because nobody else ever did it lol....

@Roger king Roger my guy. Keep sending them negs my way. I don't know if having to send reps to dozens of people a day just to neg me is the best strategy for getting a job, but don't give up the fight. My venmo is open if you need lunch.
yeah he negs me all the time. So he sits there repping 25 ppl just to neg one guy. He's a good reason why this forum shouldn't have opened up registration again.

Do NOT offer your venmo to him.

You're riding with a mentally ill creep because you both have an unhealthy obsession with Lebron

I don't know the poster in question other than that he has an odd verbal style and starts too many Bron threads, but if being in the same threads as mentally ill posters was a negative then no one here would be allowed to hate LeBron at all. :skip:

Swagnificant, Sccit, cantstop, O.T.I.S., and dozens of other weirdos have been on the anti-Bron train for a decade (not to mention Trump himself), but I'm supposed to stop repping him cause a 2022 poster stepped in.

[edit: look at this entire first page and the daps. Posters were dapping racist white people just because they were racist against LeBron] :mjlol:

No one else in NBA history has made an All-NBA team past age 38, so whether they keep playing until 42 is irrelevant.

Kareem made All-NBA at 38, kept starting for a contender for 3 more seasons and still couldn't even come close to making another one.

Duncan made All-NBA at 38, but that was his only All-NBA selection in his last 3 seasons and one of just 2 selections in his last 6 seasons.

Malone made All-NBA at 37, played 3 more seasons and didn't make another one.

CP3 made All-NBA at 36, this is his 3rd season since then and he's never making another one.

Hakeem made All-NBA at 36, played 3 more seasons after that and never came close to making another one.

Stockton made All-NBA at 36, played 4 more seasons and never made another one.

Shaq made All-NBA at 36, that was his only All-NBA selection in his final 7 seasons.

Jordan made All-NBA at 34, he probably could have still made it at 35-36, but when he tried at 38-39 he couldn't do it.

No one in NBA history has ever been anywhere near All-NBA level at 40, so longevity is irrelevant. They all fell off well before then.

I dont understand the point of mentioning these players.
I can tell you Hakeem stuck around because of money,no other reason.

Nobody has made ALL NBA at 40 other than Lebron, they fell off,has nothing to do with the point of this thread...

Man, fukk all star selections, all star mvp, one of the most overrated individual accolade.

You have to come into the league at 18 and basically start dominating immediately rookie season or 2nd yr to catch bron

Luka, tatum, giannis are probably the only current players headed in that trajectory.

Luka is 25 only yrs old and already has 5 all nba and 5 all star selections. He’s the only player who has a chance of catching of surpassing brons individual numbers.

Having said that, i doubt his body holds up to play past 35.
Luka has said he already isnt going to play several decades in the league and he already has a history of lack of games because of injury, for a person to break this record they will have to play at a very high level for 20 years, that is very tough. You can try and guess wemby has a shot but its the longevity that is so hard to come across in atheltes

unless this question was asked on a job application, i don't understand why you're wasting time here.

Log off and fill out some job applications
