oNOC resume

o Monitored and located the point of failure in circuits remotely and in the data
center.
o Hands on requests for customer equipment.
o Provisioned Cisco and Mikrotik equipment.
o Knowledge of different circuit types and able to differentiate the methods to
troubleshoot each one, including Darkfiber and T1.
o Worked through SIP issues and escalated to other carriers when necessary.

Need to add on something about working on Adtrans and Cienas.
