Can a smart person articulate to me this thing about us being 13% and voting?

Yeah I personally believe black folks make up more than 13%. I'd argue that we're closer to around 20% it's impossible that everybody else's pop numbers rising yet black pop staying at the same EXACT number for decades.

I'm one of those people who don't believe that the census bureau is 100% accurately reliable source of info regarding the population...America has a history of skewing black ppl numbers in terms of statistical data.

Ppl shouldn't always be so gullible in believing the census. I don't know why ppl get their “panties in a bunch” in defending the census out of all things to defend...if anything just like how ppl say 2K constantly copy and paste their NBA games every year the same could be said about the census since I'm assuming nobody here works there so it's a toss up.

I think black people are more than 13% too, but I don't think it's a conspiracy obfuscating the numbers. I think it's people not wanting to identify as black. You have people from the Caribbean who identify as white Hispanic who are dark as fukk.
