I'm one of those people who don't believe that the census bureau is 100% accurately reliable source of info regarding the population...America has a history of skewing black ppl numbers in terms of statistical data.

To answer the stagnant population point because it is mentioned a few times but I think people don't really think about what that means. If your population percentage of the population is stagnant, assuming everything else remains the same (and it doesn't which I will get to) then that means that our rates of death vs rates of births is about equal. That means that as people die off, we are populating enough to not see a drop. This is already better than how the white numbers are progressing whose numbers besides staying stagnant has decreased because of a number of factors. So having a stagnant percentage of the population is not as bad as you guys portray.

Secondly, the US population during the past decades has significantly growed. So here is how the 13 (now its 14.1% officially but lets just stick to 13 for argument sake) is actually a sign our procreation rate has INCREASED. As the population SIZE has grown and I think its estimated to be 330 million or something like that now, we have maintained a 14% rate still in that environment. That means over time our TOTAL number has grown which is a positive increase in procreation.

Finally, again, whites are decreasing in population due to low birth rates but also because other groups are now taking up bigger pieces of the pie besides black folks. The Hispanic population has increased due to immigration and procreation rates and also other groups have taken up pieces of the pie too. This causes whites, even if they had a stagnant procreation rate, they will still become a smaller and smaller part of the pie because the 100% is being split more ways now. Now, if black people REMAIN at 13-14% despite that, that means we had to INCREASE our procreation rates to compete and keep it fairly the same.

Staying at a stable percentage over time with all these things taken into account can be viewed as a more positive thing than how you guys usually present it.

It depends.

You need to look at gerrymandered county lines and then you need to count counties.
American Presidential election counting is purposefully complicated and opaque.

Lets say a state has 2 neighboring, equal-sized counties...

Seems like Black County is controlled by the black Vote, and Cac County is controlled is the White vote right?
Overall population is 30% Black, 70% White, but Black County is black voters primarily.

But lets say that in Black County... the majority of the black people are all in this area....

So if you were to redraw county lines while keeping the county size the same... this happens.

Now both counties are equally distributed black and white voters. The white county took 20% of the black people from Black county and now these are truly both Cac Counties
