The vibe I get from them is that Cam was temporarily envious when his weed carrier got more popular than him in that 2005 to 2008 period but at the same time Jim was feeling himself extra hard and acting cocky (which is why he foolishly went around 50). That’s a bad mixture. Cam should know though he’d always be the more talented rapper of the two. The only reason why Jim was “hot” during that period was because Cam stopped releasing mainstream projects and was falling back.

The way I see it is Weezy was doing everything to promote Drake when he was hot but I remember Cam being distant with Jim.
