I’m born and raised in NYC. I actually had a similar upbringing as Pac in the sense of I left NY as a teen and became a man elsewhere (GA). Pac been my GOAT since he was alive. So nah it’s not some universal East Coast/NYC bias against Pac, anyone from NY will tell you plenty of us will name Pac as our GOAT. We didn’t even take that corny ass East vs West shyt seriously in NY.

That being said X is a GOAT as well. IMO he dropped the GOAT debut album even over Pac Nas Hov or whoever else. I got Pac over X but by a slim margin. And Pac only got 1 album that’s better than X debut. 1 or 2 others that may be comparable.
