this is just like when people were hyping up tyler herro and then people wanted to ride herro's nuts and say herro > rj :mjlol: after one hot playoff. not even close :mjlol: hasn't done shyt since. cam has potential but one playoffs is not enough. I am interested in seeing what type of players they are several years from now at about age 25. They should both be grown into their bodies by then and have several years of experience

Cam had a shaky rookie year and straight up regressed this year. He has a lot of work to do to still be a NBA player past his rookie deal.
Lol come on now. He’s going make it past his rookie deal. Even Jahlil Okafor still in the league.

His height, length, athleticism, defensive capabilities and potential shooting stroke going keep teams interested for a while

Just leaving this here for future daps
:sas2:

this is a deceptive take

RJ got every opportunity to play, make mistakes and learn

and also to stat pad on a bad team

he also was playing like the most minutes on the team

it’s like they forcing him to not be a bust

Cam didn’t have time or opportunity to develop or get comfortable and figure his game out

not in duke or his first nba year

then he got injured.

Rj is like a seasoned player to Cam who still is basically a rookie

A bad team ? You are fukking hating . You can like cam but your takes are garbage. RJ had a better career so far no matter what excuses you trying to use . You said who’s better breh

knicks weren’t a good team Rj rookie year. So Rj could start immediately play a lot of minutes make mistakes and learn and develop into year 2

Shame on you for not stannin your Canadian countrymen RJ and your Rwandan countrymen Ntilikina :francis:

Randle and Frank or Knox for Suggs

but realistically maybe they draft Sharif Cooper later in the draft
You and this fukkin can reddish agenda sheesh. Get off his dikk :mjlol:

there’s a reason he played third fiddle at duke. Both had shaky rookie seasons but one got better while the other regressed. One is above 40% three point shooter the other :scust:

Naturally the two are compared because they both played at Duke and were shooting guards in the same draft class

also I wanted knicks to draft Cam and caught a lot of flack for saying Cam was a better pick/fit

when cam was struggling in Atlanta, Rj fans in knicks threads didn’t forget

So this is a you vs. Knicks fans thing. Now it makes sense lol. Neither player is relevant to anybody outside of Hawks/Knicks fanbases for this to be a thread

Cam has so much untapped potential, I believe he has a higher ceiling

RJ is the better player now

Won't shock me that RJ has a better career and remains the better player

However, a betting man always bets on potential...Cam has crazy potential

I remember a time when nobody really knew about Paul George. And then all of a sudden he’s one of the best 2 way players in the league

not saying that will be the case with Cam but it’s possible years down the road.

RJ seems like he is will peak soon potential wise, unless he becomes an elite 3 point shooter. In that case maybe he’ll be better.
