Well if you look at the season as a whole their numbers are very close.

Russ and cam have both proven they can do it w/o a lot of help around them
Numbers are misleading. Add some context. What's more valuable? Those 2-3 tds you throw after your team is up 28-0 already or the 1 TD you throw to win it the final minute of the game? Look at the CONTEXT. Russ has bolstered his numbered in the last 4 games, so they look respectable now, but again, where was it in the first 8-9 games of the season when they were 4-5? It wasn't there. As opposed to Cam who has consistently given his team solid play, 2-3 tds, and clutch plays every game every week. Russ has not performed at an MVP level this SEASON. Just looking at overall numbers may fool some, but it wont fool anyone paying attention.

TYRONE GA!
Let's not fall for the divide and conquer tactics

Killa and Russ are two of the best QBs in the league. Cam will get his MVP as well.

Let's celebrate #cacfury together!

#blackexcellence

And Jameis on the way too.... :wow:

Hopefully my mulatto QB :kaep: will redeem himself :tocry49ers: but as we can all see, who they gonna blame in SF now since it's obviously not his fault we're a shyt show. Outside of that 4 pick Zona game, Kaep only threw 1 pick and had damn near a 60 percent completion rate.... :mjpls:

If the Panthers finish undefeated or clinch home field in the nfc the MVP Should go to Cam. Now if the Panthers somehow lose 2 out of their last 3 games and lose home field to Arizona then Carson Palmer should win it

You also have to look at the context of what Russ did. His team was on the ropes due to underperforming. He put the team on his back and has willed them to where they are. If he continues at this pace and ends up 11-5 w 4000 yards plus and a 110 qb rating he's def in the discussion.

I don't have a prob w cam winning it though. He deserves it over Brady even w his low comp % and easy schedule

Russ ain't even the best quarterback in the NFC West this year let alone an MVP Candidate :camby:

His own play was part of the reason they were on the ropes. You don't get no prize for righting a ship you were helping to sink. Again, mvp is for the entire season, not 4 good games after you been fukking up the majority of the season. That's a slap in the face to Cam, Brady, Palmer, they've shown up EVERY week this season. Russ hasn't

He's definitely in the discussion. I just like defense and it's hard for me to accept that the MVP has played against bottom 5 defenses all year. I needa see him vs. a real defense and not that (2-3 Seahawks, struggling defense at the beginning of the year)
There's also the fact that his completion percentage is still below 60%. Eli Manning has better statistics with a worse rushing attack/much worse supporting defense.

Russ is, though :ohhh:

And cam has had some poor games. He hasn't been lights out every week.

Show me the poor stretech Cam had akin to Russ' 9td 8turnover first half of the season?

Having a poor game or two out of 13 is not the same as being on a milk carton for the first 9 games of the season.

Only people that think Russ is realistically in the convo are hawk fans.

somewhere between a pair of D cup tiddies
fukkin idiods in here thinkin Russ lost the game or couldn't overcome the Panthers :snoop:
We were up with 35 seconds left. The defense screwed the pooch. Just like they did the other 4 games when we had 4th quarter leads :francis:

As of right now, cam is the front runner to me but you guys are underestimating what Brady has played through. Gronk was out a couple of games, dion out for the season, Edelman has been going for a couple of months Amendola is Amendola and of course the revolving door that js the offense line. I think at one point we were down to our last lineman or close to it. Oh and now blount is out. It isn't as simple as oh gronk only missed 2 games. Gronk can be covered if they have no other options. The injuries the Patriots faced has been comical and they've faced tougher defenses.

With that said, if cam goes undefeated he should win and regardless that's not taking anything away from his season
