That was one of the first apps I downloaded when I got my iPod. It works like a charm. I put so many people onto that app.

One Thanksgiving I exceeded that shyt by a lot. I felt so bad I left a Thanksgiving party to hit up the gym at midnight just to get the deficit down to 0.
I'm going to go low and lose extra weight before Thanksgiving just so I won't have that guilt when I go tf in for the holidays.

You can eat 3000 calories with high carbs and lose weight too if you do crazy cardio. But why do all that work when you cam just cut your total calories down every day? People act like they'll die if they only consume 1500 calories a day.

That shyt is easy if you track everything and put it in the app before you eat it and if you go over that amount then work it off at the gym.

It depends on the person and ive yet to see 3000 calorie plan with heavy carbs lose weight. Unless they are working out twice a day and working 2 hours on cardio. Heavy carbs benefit bulkers more than losing weight. But if you are looking to cut weight easy...intermittent fast.

I used to do this but quit because i didnt want to restrict myself calorie wise, just preferred to eat right.

Might go back to this tho. I think i still have the premium apk version too :ohhh:

It’s basic thermodynamics bruh. If you burn more calories than you eat everyday you will lose weight. If you take in more calories than you burn you will gain. Macronutrient breakdown really doesn’t matter when it comes to weight loss/gain, calories are indeed king.

Breh! I wish everybody knew this shyt right here. It would not be such obesity out here if people knew that one thing but instead they be eating hella chips and hella french fries and wonder why they can't lose weight.

Simple protein like chicken that's not fried and broccoli could have you full for a long time until your next meal.

Why didn’t you bold the golden state part?

You just have to not skip workouts. I work out like a maniac because my job isn't healthy. Part of why I watch so much college sports is because I'm always working out in front of a TV. 4-5 days a week and I don't function well if I don't work out. That app led me to burn 2400 cals every Saturday and Sunday just in case I feel like splurging on some food.
