I'm surprised concerning the amount of hostility and immaturity in here.

I was hoping to see some discussion about the bolded such as the fallacy of genetics

There is no fallacy of genetics. What the article addresses is already well-known, accepted, and theorized in the sciences. There's no conceptual gap there for God to fill.

Exactly. And lol at talking about genetic variation as if there is supposed to be some some sort of pure mathematical correlation between raw genetic content and morphology. Scientists dont exclude the possible effects of environment, epigenetic mechanisms, imprinting etc.

Who ever heard of a self-correcting religion? This scientist guy is wrong at the most basic level for saying science is about holding on to old beliefs, lol.

SMH at him wanting to incorporate magic into scientific process. "Hey world, we figured out how the brain works, but now we know how to make it too. You add X and Y and a dash of God's greatness for the conscience!"

As far as scientific theories too big for me (Big Bang and multiple universes), I don't think I could ever fully believe in those things either. But hey, with science you just keep trucking along putting the puzzle together one piece at a time. In 100 years, science and technology will have advanced tremendously because that's how science and technology do. In 100 years, religion is still where its at because to amend it in any way proves it to be fallible.
