why not try to do right by your God, your Self and Your fellow man before trying to show how wrong the next person is?

I thought intellectual people got credit for intellectual ideas and for creating concepts and technology that advances the world. I didn't know that intellectual people are automatically chastised in this world. Sometimes intellectuals receive awards, book deals, or fame.

Chastised. I don't believe real intellectuals get chastise; some get criticized if their ideas are controversial, but that is just part of the process.

Occasionally random people online, who believe their intellectual, get chastised because most people don't feel that regurgitating intellectual ideas to attack other ideas or opinions is intellectual.

No ether, but valid points were made. Both sides can be very arrogant and dismissive of other opinions. Religious people can't prove gods existence, and scientists can't disprove gods existence. So if either claims to know the truth they are lying and/or relying on faith.

There are only 'sides'- in the minds of the weakest atheist and religious people.

Some of the greatest scientific and technological advances throughout history have came from the minds of those that believed in God.

I guess if I show up at the Doctors office and the doctor is wearing a head wrap, then I should leave immediately because what could a Muslim know about biology or medicine.
Or maybe because she remained a Muslim after countless graduate classes on science, evolution, and anatomy; she must have not understood anything she learned at the University.

We live in America. Most religious people in America aren't even practicing a religion, they just say they are because of their parents. Because mathematics, social sciences, and most natural sciences don't conflict with a belief in any religion, I don't see why a person would get attacked just for believing.

Over 90% of Americans couldn't give two sh1ts if someone doesn't believe in God, so there really is no reason for atheist to 'attack' religion. Religion shouldn't bother you that much.

I used to tell people I was atheist or just didn't know, because the majority of people around me were Christian. They would respond by trying to make a case for God and then would moved on. Now when I tell people I'm Muslim, they will make a case for Christ, make a funny look, ask how did I become a Muslim, etc., then move on..

I believe that God is such a masterful creator and a mighty challenger of human faith, that he designed the world so perfectly that it seems like its functioning naturally while hes discreetly orchestrating it all. Everything makes sense and can be traced back, well almost everything and those missing pieces belong to the creator. Thats why God almost boasts about his "creations" since they are so flawless & perfect, well almost.

How in the flying fukk is this Ether? It's pretty obvious that there are good and bad in both science and religion. Humans are involved in both fields after all.

How the fukk does this prove that God exists, and counter the numerous faults in the Bible, that have been disproved thanks to science?

Science is about finding answers, and being backed by evidence, of course there will be bumps along the way, and it acknowledges that. Religion on the other hand, assumes to have already found the answer (God) based on the claims of other people.

All that article boils down to is saying "hahha you scientist guys don't know all the answers", well duh. Religion on the other hand, claims that it already does.
