Rumor: Black Ops 3 To Be Released In November, Possibly Includes Missions In Past & More
Yesterday we posted on how
developer Infinity Ward posted a bunch of new job listings for their upcoming Call of Duty title. Black Ops developer Treyarch is busy on a new CoD title as well and yesterday Activision published a video teasing the reveal of Black Ops 3 on April 26th.
On Twitter well known industry Insider Shinobi206 has replied to some comments from anxious fans about the game.
In yesterday’s video it was revealed that the missions for Black Ops 3 will be set in the future, but according to Shinobi there’s a good chance that some of the missions will be set in the past as well:
Regarding the release date for the game, Shinobi replied that BO3 will be released in November for sure. He added that he doesn’t know the exact date in November
Shinobi replied that the Xbox 360 version for Black Ops will be developed by another studio, meaning that Treyarch will be focusing on the PS4/XO versions of the title.
Black Ops 1 was one of our favorite shooters in the CoD franchise and we’re hoping that Treyarch delivers with BO3.
