Muscles will natural grow if they're continually challenged, that I agree with.
However, I don't buy this idea that lifting weights is completely bunk.
It's effective otherwise it would've fell
to the wayside for the more efficient bodyweight.
Also in this very post you say a dude was 5'8", 215, benching 435 :
So he was benching over twice his bodyweight with an already heavy body weight as it is for his height.
I don't buy it.
Either this due had some fat on those muscles @ 5'8", 215 or he was running some test. Cause that's considerably more muscle mass than a lot of natural athletes in BB'ing or Powerlifting.
Now if there's something contrary to this in any of these strength cultures, I'll gladly bow out of this thread however I doubt there are a few or really any men walking this earth proportionally that heavy for their height. And they've attained the size naturally through bodyweight exercises.
No lifting weights is great, I'm not trying to throw it out the window I'm just trying to show people to stop sleeping on calisthenics because it can do everything weights can.
And no I'm dead serious matta fact he got a rap video on YouTube two days after he was released, inbox me and I'll show you we were locked up together,he is every bit of 5"8 215 all natural and extremely strong. Inbox me
