First four seasons were very good. Season five was 'ehh' and that's when I started to think it was time to end the show. Seasons six and seven were good and still had some laugh out loud moments for me.

Seven was just weird though because of all the major changes that happened. Felt less like Californication and more like a dysfunctional family/work comedy. Overall, I still loved the series.

Not happy that he ended up (or at least made another attempt) with Karen. They are bad for each other and I never liked her. My hope for the show was that he'd eventually move on.

i really liked the episode where everybody crash Hanks dinner for Karen

Those are some of the best episodes. Can't remember if they've done one every season but it feels like there's a handful of episodes throughout the series run where everyone ends up in one place and a bunch of crazy stuff happens.

That part threw me off too. I was convinced the first few episodes in he would eventually discover that's not really his kid. Then I was like "This is really his kid :snoop:".

i kinda figured it's because they didn't ask him for money. hank's involvement in their lives was voluntary.

or it could've been lazy writing :yeshrug:

either way, that kid was annoying as shyt.. and seemed way more like runkle's kid than hank's.

and runkle dealing with a long lost son would've been more interesting than that dumb ass stu storyline.
