For me, Socal, then Austin, then NorCal.

The real issue I've found being a transplant is making new homies. Especially at the age when your age bracket is getting married.

Good friends can make the worst place awesome, just running through Thot of the week gets old.

For me I would never move to California because of the Taxes. Yeah it may seem like something you wouldn't care to look at. But trust me, it adds up. I just couldn't do it, knowing all the money is going away. But if you MUST go to Cali, I would choose to move to San Diego

If you were to move to Texas, the only place worth going to is Dallas/Fort Worth. It has the blend of job opportunities, low taxes, women, nightlife, etc

It's only going to get worse. I keep telling family the they need to move, but no one wants to come back to the east coast. Maybe not NY, but at least the Mid-Atlantic.

Houston has humidity, hurricanes, and some of the highways flood with a good rain. Can't even really cool off in Galveston.

Austin is hot as balls, and when it freezes no one can drive. And it's going to freeze and the infrastructure will not be up to snuff.

DFW is somehow hotter and drier than Austin. And you got to deal with the occasional tornado.

I distinctively remember being the low man on the totem pole, and having to walk across a super hot parking lot in Fort Worth. They offered me a job, and I was like I can't deal with this
