Most of California is $15-16 a hour for minimum wage

San Francisco has the highest min wage in the country ($16.32 a hour). It did nothing for the city except raise prices at every business to off set it. And with the new off set prices, if a business starts doing more sales, they actually become more profitable than before with lower wages because now they still have the same amount of employees, but adding $5 extra per sale adds up over the month indirectly making the business owners richer, on the opposite spectrum it may tank your business if you maintain your sales and cant afford employees anymore Guess who are the only people who got hurt in this process? The people making $16.32 a hour because now everything they want is more expensive

higher wages are not the answer. lower cost of living is.

Because CEOs and owners want to continue to hoard all the fukking money.
