I watched, with my own eyes, Targets and Costco's business boom with sales and time from unemployment money, while my business will be closed now 15 months by june 15th also the tier system is complete ass, i live in Solano County, we are still in the red tier 
but you can still go buy a TV at Walmart while in my county, barbers still have to sneak people in through the back doors because they arent supposed to be open still, 15 months later fukk gavin newsom
