Most of California is $15-16 a hour for minimum wage :ld:

San Francisco has the highest min wage in the country ($16.32 a hour). It did nothing for the city except raise prices at every business to off set it. And with the new off set prices, if a business starts doing more sales, they actually become more profitable than before with lower wages :lolbron: because now they still have the same amount of employees, but adding $5 extra per sale adds up over the month :lolbron: indirectly making the business owners richer, on the opposite spectrum it may tank your business if you maintain your sales and cant afford employees anymore :ld: Guess who are the only people who got hurt in this process? The people making $16.32 a hour because now everything they want is more expensive :ld:

higher wages are not the answer. lower cost of living is.
