Caleb is much better than Fields as a rookie.

However, Caleb also played way more snaps in college. So he should be more prepared. Caleb was the better prospect and walked into a better situation than rookie Fields.

Bears can still turn it around. However, I tried to tell @GoldenGlove @CHICAGO and @prime that it wouldn't hurt to keep Fields and let Caleb learn for a year. More importantly if Flus is a lame duck coach at least Caleb wont develop bad habits under a soon to be fire coaching staff.
