But I thought guys like this were plumbers:mjgrin:

Guys like Jokic? :gucci:

Jokic was so good in youth ball that he left home to focus on professional basketball at 16, started playing pro at the senior level at 17, and is most arguably the most gifted center in the league. He was playing positionless basketball and acting like a point guard from the beginning, in the Yugoslavian tradition which is the GOAT region for international basketball (73 NBA players in the last 30 years). He's probably the greatest passing big of all time, can handle the ball with an array of moves and is a talented scorer.

Oafs with no skill get called plumbers. Guys like Mark Eaton, who was literally an auto mechanic who didn't even join an organized basketball team until 3 years after he graduated from high school and still ended up an NBA All-Star. And he didn't look out of place in an NBA who had an unskilled stiff or two starting on most teams.

You don't get called a plumber for being big and white, you get called a plumber for having damn near the same skill set as the plumber. :usure:

shaq was a mvp his first season with miami
and a very good allstar type player when they won the chip
he didnt take a real dip until after he got number 4, probably cause he stopped caring. the result? miami swept in the first round lol

and
again, i said prime. melo hasnt played with any allstars/superstars in their prime

billups prime waa 03-06.
he was a finals mvp in 04
he came to denver in 08-09 and was in his 11th year.
and he and melo still went to da conference finals
imagine if he had prime billups or even a 3rd star on that team

wade has played with lebron shaq bosh butler kevin love ray allen rondo lmao that nikka just knows how to recruit

So using this logic Melo has played with AI, Chauncey Billups, Tyson Chandler, Amare Stoudemire, Jason Kidd, CP3, Harden, Westbrook, PG13, Dame and CJ. Oh he's had his share of teammates too breh

Idk why it feels like I'm bashing Melo. I'm not but he's not better than Wade

I just realized you're also claiming that LeBron can't win this year. :dead:
he can, probably will.
i was speaking about has actually happened so far.
and again, even if he does win, its still with the best big man in the league who is in his prime:yeshrug:
last year when he had no co star, da season was a disaster:yeshrug:

But no one says LeBron was producing like an MVP in the 2011 Finals. :mjlol:

Love was not a superstar or even an all-star in 2016 and he did NOT show all-star ability in the Finals. LeBron defeated the 73-win Warriors with literally one above-average teammate on the entire squad. Claiming LeBron "can't win without two superstars/all-stars" because Love contributed 8ppg on 34% shooting with shytty defense is straight idiot babble. You really want to claim that he wouldn't have won that Finals with Harris, Ibaka, Taj, etc. there instead? Hell, the Cavs played better with freaking Jefferson at the 4 than they did with Love that series.

And calling Kyrie a "superstar" in Cleveland when he made just one All-NBA team in six years there and that was 3rd-team...the year he got injured in the postseason and didn't even finish. :gucci:

Y'all can't really be this stupid, I feel I'm probably dumber just for replying to it. :francis:
kyrie played like a superstar in the warriors series.
he was barely one step behind lebron. go check the stats. him and lebron had 40 point games in like game 5. never been done before.
he hit da game winner to win da series and da championship.
dont quote.me.unless you are gonna make sense breh lol

the facts of the.matter is, lebron has won 3 rings on 3 superteams. anything else is speculation.

if he wins dis year, he would of won with just 1 superstar in his prime. these are just da facts.

bron hasnt won a chip being surrounded by solid role players around him (dirk did tho)...not sure why melo would be expected to do that when bron is way better than him lol

You said that LeBron couldn't win without 2 superstar/all-star players. That's like saying that Magic couldn't win without a stacked team and top-3 all-time great on his team or MJ couldn't win without having the deepest roster, GOAT coach, and GOAT complimentary player.

And last year he was 1.5 games out of first until he got hurt, plus BI, Lonzo, and Rondo got hurt too, they were doing just fine without another "superstar".

The main roster that won the 2016 chip had JR, TT, and old-ass Jefferson on the floor at the same time. You're an idiot to call that a superteam. Full stop.

Kyrie played fantastic in the Warriors series. No one else on the team was even above-average. So claiming he needs two guys to be superstar/all-star status is proven a lie right there.

And 2009/2010 Chancey had more all-star appearances, more All-NBA teams, more MVP votes, more Finals MVP trophies, and more postseason experience and success than 2016/2017 Kyrie had. So claiming that 2009 All-NBA Billups (for the 3rd time in 4 years) is a "role player" while 2016 Kyrie is a superstar without even being All-NBA that year....more rewriting history.

Not to mention the 2009 Nuggets only had to beat the 2009 Lakers. You putting them on the same level as the 2016 Warriors now?

Looking at 09 you need to look at the coaches,

Phil Jackson vs George Karl.

Melo saved that bum's career and he should have been fired after letting Anthony Carter inbound the ball.

Lol at Wade being a west finals contender with that team, they aren't getting past the Lakers nor Mavs that year. I'm not here to play hypotheticals because we saw what happened in 09, losing to the Hawks

:stopitslime:

Had Shaq and won a title, nothing else until LeBron came.

Two top five players to win a chip.

Shaq really only had one good year and that was the first year. He regressed after that due to age and injuries. He wasn't the same.

How's Melo career better? Even if you take away the rings Wade still had a better career. And did so with bad knees dating back to Marquette

Besides Melo and Lebron wouldn't have worked like Wade and Lebron. I don't see Melo being selfless like Wade. Case and point they tried to tell Melo to sign the same deals so they can enter free agency together. Nope, he wanted to do his own thing and ended up having his contract end after theirs so they couldn't link up and they went with Bosh. I can see Melo and Bron clashing at some point. Friends or not.

Look at the 2009 roster. Nuggets had JR, Billups, Nene, K Mart while Miami had old ass Jermaine O'neal and knucklehead Michael Beasley.

Wade on that Denver team gives them a better score and defender. Not saying they beat LA but they would've put a serious scare in em. They would've had a better chance than Denver that year
