It was not the wrong house they had a no knock warrant for the house.

The guy they were looking for did not live at that address.
He lived at a different address.
They did not serve a "no-knock warrant" at the "different address."
Therefore, they served the warrant at the wrong house.

If there is ever a federal case - qualified immunity application would depend on the judges assigned. Federal judges just choose whatever they like - and the D.Ct for Western Kentucky has a few good guys and some horrible judges. At the COA the judge panel could go either way as well.

And the distinction isn't between QI and JH - its whichever defense the federal panel adopts.
