Anybody can take a picture of themselves in a building. I could go find an abandoned building and claim to be creating a school, does that mean I’m entitled to 4 Milli in donations?

You cannot see where the money is. You can withdraw money from gofundme without the balance changing on the site. Not to mention the donation collected before the gofundme.
