When he told us about the school (i went to hear him speak in BK) it seemed as if it would basically be hios lifes work.

Doing a google... he has 400k for the school. A teacher with tenure makes 80k, so he basically had enough money to hire 4 teachers. If we're being simple about it. 400k aint shyt to build a school without govt involvement. So I dont think its fare to press son. Thats a big undertaking.

I say 'we need' because someone has to front the capital to get a movement started. Someone has to be willing to organize and mobilize people. Not everyone is up to that. I don't trust everyone to handle those pressures or to have integrity in situations. We do need leaders. I absolutely believe in an idea of the Talented Tenth......which is a term coined over 100 years ago by a man who had never used a computer. I get what you're saying....but I think you're conflating celeb worship with a need for practical, responsible faces and movers.

The point is, when you are part of medical/health profession, you can't go around spouting pseudoscience and making up shyt as an authority. You can lose your license to practice, which I assume is happening to Umar since he made the post.
