My post was worded wrong but it's too late to change it now. I know the law punishes associates but it shouldn't be like that. I've seen way too many situations where one black person does something wrong and every black person in the immediate vicinity gets punished too. It's fukking stupid.

I just looked up the case for the first time. It was a 16 year old fan who got “too close” in his personal space so his crew beat him to a pulp and then one of them shot him. If it wasn’t him who pulled the trigger, he refuses to say the person that did. Why does anyone think this man is getting out of prison?

Yup I hate to say it, but there are many people in black communities who support, enable, protect, and make excuses for criminals in the community. C-murder is a POS sociopath who jumped a 16 year old fan that asked for his autograph. He then shot the kid or allowed one of his crew members to kill him.

He is at the very least, an accessory to murder of an over excited kid.
