A 16 year is very much a child. That’s a different discussion all together but a child should get adult sized punishments for heinous crimes. That doesn’t change the fact that they are a child.

I think calling him a dude is your way of disconnecting from the fact that this just some kid who thought wearing a tinfoil grill would make him look cool and obviously didn’t know anything about street decorum. He wasn’t running around in the streets.

C had his crew beat on some naive kid and then allowed one of them to murder that kid if he didn’t pull the trigger himself.
