GT is legit not recognized as legitimate work. Its sanctioned fan fiction. And also trash aside from Baby

I don't think Super was bad just really disappointing. People were hoping for something as good if not better than DBZ. DBS started off slow with a rehash of Battle of Gods and Frieza Movies and continued with bad animation. Then it ended with ToP which is arguably the worst arc in DB history. Goku Black and Zamasu felt like a filler arc and Future Trunks was all over the place.

The new Broly movie looks like it could be a proper return to form though.
