Busta has been rapping at a high level for close to 30 years. If anything he is a little underrated as far as great MCs go. Glad he got some acknowledgement.

Too short has like 5 platinum albums and a legend over 40 years in the game. The fukk kind of question is that? It doesn't even have anything to do with influence on hip hop. Too short brought pimp/playa raps to the game and forefront, which is a direct influence on the type of raps going on now being overly explicit. Too short has direct influence on snoop who is always much more influential than fukking busta rhymes

Twista did it better. Busta definitely wasn't the first to rap that way
Mystikal shake ya ass is bigger than anything busta has done, with a similar rapping style. Mystikal was not influenced by busta.
