Busta already said black Americans got hip hip from elsewhere/ Jamaicans/ Latinos because we have no culture. And, bc yall continued to kiss his ass, he has no reason to stop.

I thought he was saying white America has no culture, which is why black and Latino people feed off of each other, because they're the only ones who do. I could be wrong.
