Yep, I used to be all about the heavy weights and getting "swole" but one day I saw a shirtless pic of (recent) Schwarzenegger in one of those tabloid mags out at the beach with his family and his body looked terrible. Everything is flab now. Now I'm more focused on high reps/lighter weights and cardio

My pops is in his mid 40s(around the same age as Busta) and looks well built. Hell my grandpa who is in his early 70s looks good for his age. Fact is Busta is RICH, has money, he should have the time to take care of himself...
