Semen itself is not going to be harmful to you if you swallow it. But if the person has an STD, you can be exposed to it by having semen in your mouth. I believe the bolded is what throws people off sometimes. In other words: HIV may not be contracted...but ghonorrea, syphilis and chlamydia are bound to spread if nut is consumed.
I heard that whatever's alive within semen dies pretty fast when exposed though, so I don't know how well these viruses would've survived the coffee.
