The only countries that really can colonize anyone, especially colonize countries in other continents, are the US and China. That's it.

the action or process of settling among and establishing control over the indigenous people of an area
By definition what’s in the video if you bothered to watch it (I outlined some of it as well) is colonization and if you don’t want to call it that call it foul.

It's nonsense. Russia doesn't control CAR. They have influence, but they don't control it like a colonizer do. They don't have the money and power to do so.

Correct. To be colonized means that a country's customs, government, languages, laws, etc., are imposed upon you by force and for that gift of civilization they will take your resources. I haven’t seen any countries in Africa that has Russian or Chinese as their primary language or that imposed Chinese or Russian code of laws.
