I'm a little less than halfway through the video, but so far, all of this sounds amazing.
One thing I hope they learn is that the images of everybody with rifles out has to go as well. It doesn't look good from a PR image for soldiers to have rifles out all of the time. This is one of the reasons why it's taboo for US military to be on the streets of America. Improving your country also means improving the image of your country.
With that being said, that is a minor criticism among all of the other things that the new leader seems to be doing well. I came in here skeptical, but I'm leaving feeling really good about that. I hope for his success.

yeah, it's like he's actually using the money to fix and maintain stuff, not put it in an off shore bank account like other "leaders". He's still on his Captains salary. He's principled with a code of conduct, if not anything else.
