Honestly, they should've just pivoted harder into the Impossible Whopper, and let the meatless options carry more of their menu.

I tried it when it came out, and it wasn't great, but I'm sure a non-zero amount of people would be at least some foothold in the market.

they used to be very close to as popular as mcdonalds when i was a kid.

mcdonalds menu is mostly the same as it was when i was a kid, BK fukked with theirs too much. i honestly think it played a major part.

Burger king is a late night go to for me. A whopper jr and crispy chicken sandwich good amount of macros with not an over the top amount of sodium for my daily intake (based on what else I ate that day).
