I don't think we were getting a savior at 14 ... only guys I would have taken over Valentine were Lawawu, Baldwin, Beasley ... so I hope none of them show star potential

I would be looking to trade some package of Doug/Niko/Taj for an upgrade at wing or PG. I'm liking to Denzel pick more now, I didn't realize he was such a prolific shooter in college. I just don't like the fit with Doug.

Taj should have good value and I think Niko/Doug still do too. They are relatively young and have potential as shooters.

This team is looking super depressing next season though. We really have a severe lack of high level talent right now. If we can't make a splash in free agency, or luck up on a huge trade, we're fukked.

That's why trading Jimmy and going full rebuild makes most sense. We might as well collect assets on Jimmys name and get a top 5 pick in 2017 draft

If Dunn/Lavine was possible, I would do it.

Dunn/Lavine/Portis and whatever hold over from Niko/Doug along with a top 5 2017 ... that's not a bad rebuilding starting point. Keep Lopez as vet presence and our anchor at center

Other choice is winning enough games to get like the 9th pick and missing out on the top talent next draft, which is supposed to be loaded. And Jimmy just getting older

Give me that young crew and a top 5 pick next year. I can fukk with that
