Team needs a lot, but it can be done imo

We are still much closer to being the grit and grind thibs kind of team than we ever will be trying to be the golden state of the east. I would love to see us create the squad we were that last home game vs the cavs. Was 1 of the few times we went back to getting after it on the glass and defensive pressure.

Wouldn't even get in on the durant Whiteside thing, we don't have the execs to pull that off

But if we dump dunleavy snell brooks and renounce noah and let pau walk we could clear around 26 mill in cap. And I think we still have a mmle and a 3 mill tpe. Also a 14th pick we could part with. That is enough to fill some holes and be right back top 2 in the east

We were 7-1 vs the raptors and cavs. We got potential. We have to get younger up front because teams with young bigs kill us. And we have to re establish defense to get stops. Hoiberg also needs to implement a offense that both jimmy and rose can eat from and not call iso plays for 1 or the other.

If the Raptors end up beating Cleveland(which I don't see happening), I would be ecstatic to see Lebron finally lose in the ECF. At the same time though, that would only make me more pissed off towards this organization for blowing another opportunity.

Joakim Noah may have belted out his last primal scream in a Bulls uniform.

According to a Bulls player, Noah has been telling teammates the last few weeks that he was done with the organization once free agency begins, and “has no trust in the front office getting this in the right direction.’’

The player was asked if Noah’s feelings had anything to do with first-year coach Fred Hoiberg and the he said, he said that went on early in the season when Noah lost his starting job, and insisted that Noah didn’t offer up that as an explanation.

What was offered up, however, was the fact that there seems to be a complete mistrust that multiple players have toward general manager Gar Forman, with Noah leading the way.

According to the player, former coach Tom Thibodeau was always able to shield the players from the front office, having them buy into the idea that it was “us against them.’’

However, Hoiberg was deemed a Forman hire, so that wall was very blurry.

What the players have been trying to figure out in building their relationship with Hoiberg has been exactly how tied the coach is with Forman.

“They might not be as tight as everyone, including Gar, thinks,’’ one league source said of the Hoiberg-Forman relationship.

That remains a very important issue moving forward for this team.

“We know there’s at least one assistant [coach] that tells Gar everything that goes on,’’ the player said. “There’s a lot of guys that have a problem with that, and not just Jo.’’

A lot of guys aren’t about to hit the free-agent market, however. Noah is.

Not only are they clueless on constructing this roster, but now the rep of the team is so low no star is going to want to come here. Getting rid of at least forman could have restored some faith in our front office but now we absolutely look like a team that has no idea in what direction it wants to go, and our coaching situation looking shakey.

They can run to a rose vs jimmy debate in hopes it saves they ass all they like, but people with intelligence can see we once had a team that won regardless of who was on the court, at least in the reg season , and we fire that guy and miss the playoffs, now all of a sudden it's players that don't work lol whatever
