JVG would be cool but he'd rather be cooked alive than work for this FO I'm sure. :whew:

When I gave it a serious thought like really, who the eff are they gonna pick up for the staff? :jbhmm: Makes me think it's another one of those empty "well, duh" sort of things. What they outta do but don't.

Forgot about Blatt. Maybe he can be tucked into an assistant role. Though locker room issues from before probably will moot that idea.

IDK how they plan on restructuring the coaching staff, or if they even keep their word on it. I think that could have the biggest jump next to the roster. Seems like the coaching was nonexistent on all fronts.

And honestly I worry about that more so than the roster.

why would any coach that we have ever heard of wanna come here and coach as part of hoiberg's staff???? who does that appeal to???

in light of what happened to blake griffin, might the bulls be able to make a move for him?
heard first take specifically stephen a mention a move this summer with cp3 and kyrie. in that event i would imagine doc would want to pair kyrie with blake rather then send both of them off. unfortunately every other organization in the world understands you need 2 stars to at least be competitive, we are the only ones bickering over who team is it rose or jimmy and ready to send 1 of them off leaving the other to carry the franchise and tear they knees up even more.

Which is the problem. FO said they'd retool the staff and not even we can figure it out. :francis: Gotta be some luchador coaches they have in mind.

how many other teams operate like this, where the coaching staff is picked out by the front office?

So according to RGM, Boylen may have an interview for the Pacers vacancy. :jbhmm: If I were him I'd book it. :ehh:

Staff is looking very meager especially if Boylen jets. I don't think he was useful but at the same time he has the most experience. I'm still very curious what retooling they could possibly do with the staff.
